How Does It Work

The current state of our community has changed dramatically. Small businesses are struggling , trying to find a way to keep their doors open. For the longest time, small businesses have played an important role in our local town, and our first responders and health heroes are part of the foundation of our area. Being at the frontline of this pandemic, our health heroes and first responders are putting themselves and their families in danger daily. As a community, let's show that we appreciate them and at the same time we can collectively support a local business. We are asking you to join in the effort, and help spread the word and contribute with what you can. 


Why we are doing this?


Small businesses have always given back to our local service organizations. There has never been any question that they will support our local "Health Heroes and First Responders." But our local businesses are struggling. That's why we want to help out by teaming up with you, our community. This way businesses can still give to those that put their lives on the line and at the same time the community can help local businesses keep their doors open.

Fill out the field marked "For" with a special message from you to our first responders or health heroes when sending the DapIt Gift card. We will print these out and deliver along with each order as a THANK YOU from our community.

We will use the donated DapIt gift cards to purchase drinks, food or snacks from the participating businesses. We will then deliver to the local "Health Heroes and First Responders"  on a regular rotating basis.

  • What about the fees?

    DapIt is dedicated to helping out local businesses and our community. That is why we will donate DapIt fees back to the businesses that are participating.

  • How does DapIt help small businesses?

    DapIt offers a way for small businesses to connect with their customers. Our technology give users the option to buy and manage gift cards from their favorite local businesses. The plus side is that users can send or share any amount of the gift cards they purchased.

  • How does this benefit a small business?

    As soon as a gift card purchase has been made, the business gets the funds deposited into their bank account. This is a great way for businesses to build revenue and keep doing what they love.

  • How does this work?

    For every donation made to the donate@dapitapp.com from the participating businesses, DapIt is giving back. We will connect with our local heroes and first responders to let them know that their community is supporting them. We are doing this by purchasing drinks, food or snacks from these specific businesses with the collected donations. Then along with Team DapIt and Volunteers we will deliver items on a rotating schedule.
