How long does it take to deposit funds to my bank account?
We currently have a 3-5 business day wait on all transactions before being deposited. Our next release we will be offering an option to select your deposit schedule.
How can I allow my employee(s) to redeem a gift card?
We added a way to "Setup Business Manager" account login. Once you the owner has created a business account you will notice on the menu the new option to "Setup Business Manager." Here you can create a login name and password that can be given out as an alternate login. Now your employee(s) can log in using this login to only redeem gift cards without modifying any account info.

How do does the customer redeem a gift card?
A customer has to request a "Spend" from the app by doing the following:

1. Customer selects the gift card associated with your business from their wallet.
2. You the business owner give the total for goods or services.
3. The customer then enters the amount they wish to use and hits spend.
4. You the business owner will receive an alert from user on your device requesting to spend the gift card.
5. You the business owner can approve or deny the amount. Thats it!
How do I keep track of my sales?
Most POS systems have options to select "other" as a payment method. We listed some of the popular systems below that allow you to configure your payment options to keep track of your sales.
