Yolo Federal Credit Union
Local federal credit union supporting local businesses.
As the Coronavirus continues to impact our community, many businesses and organizations are having to close to the public. Yolo Federal Credit Union provides essential services and will remain open with regular business hours to serve our community.
We encourage members to follow the “shelter in place orders” and conduct their banking online or over the phone. However, should you need to visit a branch in person, please consider scheduling an appointment. Extra measures are being taken to sanitize all surfaces throughout the day. We also have hand sanitizer and tissues available. Our employees are being provided with the information they need to stay healthy and are directed to remain home if they aren’t feeling well.
Are you busy homeschooling your children or completing other important tasks? Maybe you’re a busy nurse or a grocery store employee and can only speak to someone during a specific window of time. Make it easy on yourself and schedule a call with a Yolo Federal representative.
The following digital services are also available 24/7:
- Online Banking to access your accounts from home
- Mobile App to deposit checks remotely and turn cards on/off
- Digital Wallets to avoid touching payment machines
We understand that some of our members could be experiencing financial strain. We are here for you. We offer a Skip-A-Pay program that allows you to skip a loan payment up to 2 times per calendar year. Should you need additional financial assistance, please contact a Yolo Federal representative. We are committed to your financial well-being.
As a final note, please consider supporting our local businesses. Download the DapIt app, upload your Yolo Federal debit or credit card, and seamlessly purchase gift cards to these businesses. Many are offering online ordering, take out or free delivery.
We will continue to communicate with you as developments occur. Please click the link below for the latest information. Stay healthy, Yolo County.
Sincerely,
